Farrier's Formula® Double Concentrate

The #1 Farrier Recommended Hoof Supplement

Farrier's Formula® Double Concentrate is a pelleted hoof and coat supplement that can be added as a top dressing on the regular feed or given separately. It provides nutrients such as phospholipids, omega fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and important amino acid “protein building blocks” for a healthy hoof and hair coat. These nutrients are provided at twice the concentration compared to original Farrier's Formula®. Farrier’s Formula® supplies the nutrients required for building strong hoof capsule connective tissue in the correct balance and ratio. It promotes strong and fast growth of the hoof wall, sole, frog, and heel. Farrier’s Formula®  also promotes a glossy more deeply colored coat and strengthened connective tissues of the joints and ligaments. Over 30 years of research, clinical trials and field testing validate the effectiveness of Farrier's Formula®.

Available in 5 kg nitrogen flushed vacuum bags or 5 kg nitrogen flushed buckets. Available through farrier and veterinary channels

Feeding Instructions

Adult Horses
Can be fed alone or mixed with the regular feed. Use 85 g (119 ml) of product per day for each 450 kg of body weight.

Adult Maintenance
After feeding for 6 to 8 months and problems have been resolved, the above amounts may possibly be reduced by one half. If problems re-occur, resume feeding at the above level.

Weanling to Adult
Feed the level corresponding to the predicted adult weight above.

Nursing Foals
Feed 22 g (30 ml) per day.

Farrier's Formula® Double Concentrate is doping free and can be safely fed to competition horses. One 5 kg bag is a 60-day supply for the average 450 kg horse.
